Is '%userprofile%\documents\AtomicTorchStudio\CryoFall' a proper folder?
In 'Mods' there you should put mods that you downloaded.
Also you can look at last client log from 'Logs' folder and check which folders your game client are checking for mods and did game see any mods there (should be in the beginning of the log).
If after that you still would have troubles with mod installing - you can ask for help in official game discord in #mod section.

p.s. Edited a bit, fixed some folders names.

Since A29 you can toggle it in game options, no need for this mod anymore.

There is a bow and crossbow in game, but it's mechanics not yet implemented.

Are you sure, that you graphic card support DirectX 11?

You can check it with some simple steps:
Use 'dxdiag' command (Win + R, and type 'dxdiag')
You can see there 'DirectX Version: ', but it is the version of software, it's not guarantee that your graphic card really support it.
Press 'Save All information' and look in result txt file.
The line you are looking for is 'DDI Version:'

CNEI. CryoFall NEI.

All items, buildings and creatures with info, recipes and usages.

How to use: New HUD button in top-right corner for CNEI menu. (Default key is '?')
Details window opens by clicking any icon in CNEI menu, or pressing 'I' while the mouse cursor over it.
(Works with inventory and default recipe window)
In details window you can go deeper and look for info about recipes ingredients and results. Details menu keeps history when you go deeper, so if you want to go to previous item info use 'Backspace' button.
All keybindings configurable in game options.
