This game is awesome, I and my friends really enjoy this game. But there are some players play the game without their mind. My game name is Creamcake. Im from china pve 2. I got banned to post at yesterday because I curse another player named zongli007. I know its wrong to say bad words to other player. But this zongli007 insult to this game and make us feeling bad on game. Right now me and my friend decide to quit this game and when our banned is cancel, we will come back. CRYOFALL is really a good game. Hope you guys can make it better, after two years we will come back. good luck

Unfortunately, there is clear proof of your violation of the rules (including Steam Community Guidelines (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4045-USHJ-3810&l=simplified%20chinese)).
You were not banned from the game altogether, but you were "muted" on a particular serverΓÇöOfficial China PvE 2. It means you can play the game but you cannot use in-game chat until the next wipe. You can use 3rd party applications (such as Weibo) to chat with your team members. This way you cannot abuse the chat.
The chat mute will be lifted with the next major update (A26) so you will be able to use the chat again.
With the next major update we will improve the chat system by adding a "Report" button so players will be able to report chat messages for insults, spam, etc. Anyone abusing the chat will be reported right from the game so we hope players will enjoy the game without getting frustrated from the game chat.

A26 is planned to release in late March/early April.

Yes, all servers will require a wipe. A26 update will have an updated map and bring many changes and improvements.
