I think i catch some problem with musket.
Sometimes i can shoot slightly before reload, and that cause problems: delayed damage or no damage at all.
Reconnection fixes that.
Also skills counter in skills window show old number, for example i had 12/17 skills and just open another one, but it reads 12/17.
