overload_cthulhu, we've modified and reuploaded the tool so it will use launch parameter (path to obj-file) if you provide it (download link (http://atomictorch.com/Files/PhysicsAdjuster.zip)).

Hammish, we've separated missiles and bullets, otherwise we were unable to separate AI weapon usage for different weapons types (AI will fire bullets more often than missiles now, previously it uses the same setting for both types).

MenschMaschine, it's a temporal patch, just because some players may ruin the game if they install two independent mods: they will be unable to dock back to the station, unable to load a previous savegame because there is only single savegame per world, unable to disable the mod because the savegame will require mod to be active, otherwise it simply won't load. So it's a very frustrating experience for some players. We've discussed it with Lurler and decided that we're devs who care, not a devs who punishing... :-)
We will implement a proper fix in the future updates.

Cybermind, I'm glad it works now. We're going to improve our Wiki to make it clear that it's better to host dedicated server and you need to run it with "--dedicated" flag.

Well... taking into account that in such case the game become completely unplayable and you cannot load previous savegame (just because there is only one savegame per world and autosave happens when you undocking from the station)... I've added checks for maneuvering and acceleration, so the ship will be able very slowly turn and dock to the station in such cases. It's done in v1.4.9 (uploading now).
However, it's not protecting against -100% structure or -100% max speed. To properly fix that we need to define min-max values in effects definitions, so the game will clamp automatically result value in acceptable range. We will do this later.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree with the most suggestions.
Some of these things are already implemented, so we could adjust coefficients and see how it plays.
The skill respec sounds good, we could add this feature to the holodeck on the science stations. Added to our highest priority tasks list.

Thanks for the log. It looks normal except the "Connection established" part - somebody connected and instantly disconnected.
Could you please launch the server, connect to it by WAN IP-adress (two times to be sure and collect enough log information) and post the log there?
You could skip beginning of the log until "World successfully saved to slot_0 (path "C:\Users\MegaPixel One\Documents\AtomicTorchStudio\VoidExpanse\Saves_Multiplayer\slot_0")").
