Title: Can no longer talk to NPC

When I visit the decks and try to talk to NPC there dialogue boxes will no longer open. Everything else works normally on stations. I can buy and sale, change equipment, refule, and repair. Just no takie talkie. I have reload the game from desktop and reloaded the save game with no luck. Any suggestions? New games work normally.

Could you upload the game logs on Google Drive or Dropbox and provide the link please?
