We've received several other reports about these players spamming the chat and writing insults on Official China 2 PvE server.

Now they have been muted by administrator (cannot use the in-game chat anymore including private messaged).
Please note that the developers cannot moderate the game 24/7 as the team size is very small and we are 100% busy working on the update.
Players are advised to click on the messages from players they're find offensive and select "Block" feature (屏蔽).
If you see a player spamming the chat please send a screenshot in a private message and we will take a measure. But usually, 屏蔽 is enough. In the worst case you can report on the forums as you did. Thank you!
