Hmm, well I have no problem connecting. Or at least I didn't recently. The main problem being that nobody was on. And I'm in North America. Boooo. :(

I can certainly help, but unfortunately I do not have a scanner to sign an NDA with. I'm no stranger to NDAs. I've beta tested Ultima Online, Jumpgate, World War 2 Online, EVE, Everquest, etc, etc, etc. I've got 25 years of gaming experience and yeah, I can sign in blood or something. :D

Oh, right. Windows 7, 64 bit user.

In terms of faction quests which are offered by all the factions might be:

Recon, scout out opposing factions stations (need to get within a certain distance for it to be "scouted")
Destroy, destroy X amount of enemy faction ships.
Hack, similar to the one already implemented but you would have to dock with the station amid all the firing and missiles flying at you.

Of course, this would pretty much apply to all factions which are hostile to one another. Not sure if you plan to implement dynamic faction relationships.

Well, I would expect for the sales to be quite good. I mean, look at Space Pirates and Zombies or Gratitous Space Battles (to a less degree). There is a market for this lovely type of game. I think so anyway. I long for the good old days of Privateer myself, had an itch for that type of game for some time now, still haven't scratched it, hoping this game will do the trick. Once final, of course.

Your doing a hell of a sight better then the guys developing Starsector. It's multiple people and is similar in some ways and it hasn't had an update since January, and it cost me twice as much. :(

Well, good to hear. Hopefully it's soon. Though I understand the game has a long way to go. Good job so far, sir. Hats off to you. Best $9.99 I've spent in some time. :)

Well, I did complete the four quests to join Freedom, and the recruiter welcomed me in, but I have yet to recieve any additional quests or benefits for joining the Freedom faction. I suspect that is not intended. :)

Not sure what other details I can provide. Freedom currently occupies about four systems and half a dozen space stations, and none of the characters on the deck offer any additional quests. The command deck remains restricted.

The only quests I can get come from the station commanders and are of the same 3 or 4 out of the usual pool of mine this, or escort that. Please add some new quests soon to station commanders. :)

Hello all, I purchased Void Expanse quite a few days ago and I've been enjoying it quite a bit. Bravo guys on a game well done so far.

Unfortunately, it appears I may have messed up the main quest for Freedom. I failed the quest where you have to actually help the guy with his protection problem, I opted not to help him and when I returned, suffice to say, the quest giver was not happy.

Since then, I cannot get any further quests from any of the Freedom stations. :(

Any work around?
