Hello! On our side the master server is running normally. As you can open the website, you can connect to the master server - it's located on the same IP address.
Do you using a network proxy or VPN?
If you still not able to connect, please post the result of ping to atomictorch.com

Grapple beams are also fixed.
We have also fixed the crash with NoesisGUI on the Galaxy map.
For issues related to the route building - please upload the savegames, it will help us a lot.

Hello!
Oops... yes! You can fix the save by editing "data" file inside the save file (it's a simple zip archive, so you can extract it, edit and compress back). You need to find "StartingCharacterTypeId" and change its value from "adventurer" to any other class ID: demolition, engineer, fighter, prospector, rogue, scout, trader.
I hope Lurler will explain why the adventurer class has been removed :-).

Thanks for reporting. Yes, it was intended for early game versions, but you are right, it's looks incorrect now. We will fix it in the next build.

Currently you can join Order, Freedom and Fanatics. We have a future plans for a free DLC where you will be able to join the Pirates faction.

Unfortunately, we needed to change the Master Server protocol. We didn't expect the players using outdated VoidExpanse game build. The game should check for updates and report to user that the new update available, but this feature became broken when we started publishing builds for other platforms (6 builds: stable Win/Mac/Linux + experimental Win/Mac/Linux). We will restore (and improve) the update notification to be sure the issue will never appears anymore.

We improved it in 1.1.0. Now you can expect aliens coming from jumpgates from neighbors aliens systems, pirates coming from pirates/neutral systems and much more improvements.

So utilitarian, right? But this forum is supposed to host not only VoidExpanse Forums (I hope :-) ), so theme will be improved in the future, but it will be not the VoidExpanse style, it will be a new better AtomicTorch Studio style.
