Went to launch the steam copy and got prompted to agree to a EULA, but all it displayed in the window was the steam homepage.

This was on windows, I'll be testing the linux version shortly to if it does the same.

Thank you for reporting, however we are aware of that thing. As far as I can tell it is related to the fact that the game is not released yet, but I could be wrong. It's just that this eula thing is implemented in steam, and it only allows me to set either link or text, so I don't think I did anything wrong in the setup page. So, my conclusion, as I said, that it's related to the fact that the game is not yet released.
