How do we post our mods into the steam workshop?

So I can see how to download mods from steam, but I'm wondering how I upload my own?

In your steam client you can switch to "tools" instead of games, then you can look for "VoidExpanse Mods Uploader" (which is free, naturally). You can launch this tool and use it to upload your mods to steam.

But please share your mods with people who doesn't use Steam as well
