Game mode: MP PvE
Bug Location: Anywhere
Steps to Reproduce: After consuming "green herb" or "bandage" the medical cooldown is although preventing the player from shooting a energy Weapon while active (doesnt apply to alternate weapons)
Reproduction Rate: 100%

Bug Description: I tested with plasma and laser rifle, green herb and bandage.

Hello!
You cannot attack with any ranged weapon while under the medical cooldown/application.
If you hover over the status effect you will notice this is mentioned in the tooltip.
