The mod needs to be placed at <your Documents>\AtomicTorchStudio\CryoFall\Mods
The mod config is located nearby.
Then the local server needs to be restarted so it will load the mod.

Alas, I've never tried this mod and don't know how it's supposed to work. I see you've already asked about this mod's topic, hopefully, the mod creator or players will reply!

Hello!

The item visual position depends on the origin point. A tiny magenta pixel. Please check how our original equipment sprites are made—all of them have this tiny dot. Just add it to your new sprite at the proper location (you may need to experiment with it live several times until you get a good result; no need to restart the game if you do this with unpacked Core.cpk, it can live-reload the changes).

Currently, there is no server setting to adjust the durability of items. We will consider implementing it! Using a mod to adjust this is possible but I'm not aware of any existing mod to do this.

Usually, the items of higher tiers generally last much longer than the original items. So initially items may feel like they decay too quickly, but in the late game it will be less of a problem.

You can use Tinker table to repair your equipment. You need to place two items of the same type (e.g. two steel pickaxes) and have some duct tape. You will get one item that will have combined durability plus an additional 20% (it goes up to an additional 40% durability when the Maintenance skill is fully mastered).

Also, please note that for the local server the server rates are double—making it much faster to gather resources and craft everything (the crafting speed is also x2).

Small correction: 3 claims. So max base size is 3x3 claims.
This way it's not possible to actually isolate anything on the map.
In PvE the characters and vehicles are also non-obstacles so this way blocking passage is also not possible.

Where is my network route set wrong? But the previous players can search and immediately connect to the server to play, but the new players just can't search the connection. I instructed them to press refresh all... :'(This problem has been bothering me for a long time :'( :'( :'(
You can consider me a new player and I can join it just fine. I've tried from two different accounts and two different IP addresses.

The international network routing is never perfect. Some players will be unable to join certain servers sometimes simply because intermediate Level3 providers may have issues. I'm speaking from our experience hosting many servers over years.


AND There is another problem, I modified the server title and saved it, <-- Server name. Please keep it short (max 64 chars) -->

< name > xxxxxxxxx < / name >, but he did not display the title I changed, but continued to display the original title :'(
You need to restart the server in order to apply any changes made to any settings files.

It works here fine. They're probably don't press "Refresh all", hmm. Or maybe there is a network route issue from them to your server so they actually cannot reach you.

They can:
1. add server with the GUID 418C5857012871F4255C90F754930 780 into the "Custom" servers list
2. press "Refresh all" button
3. usually, in 10 seconds it will be available for connection

Either way, the server with mods (defined in ModsConfig.xml) is obviously considered a modded/modified one—in the same way as if the Core.cpk was unpacked.

Modified servers (with any mods or unpacked Core.cpk) can be displayed only in the modded servers list. This is necessary as otherwise, players may report issues while playing on such servers, being unaware that they are playing on a modified server. We're certain only about such community servers that are running the 100% original code. Modded servers have a risk of crashes and other issues.

It just takes a while. About 2 minutes in my case. But I can imagine if someone has slower internet it may take a while.

We will rework how the server information is gathered to make it faster for modded servers.

If any players are able to join it, others should be able to join it too.
It's just that the refresh takes too long for some players, unfortunately. We didn't expect such a massive number of servers lately.

Yes, it should be the saved game in that case.
1. Please verify that you log in with exactly the same Steam account as before as each account has its own character.
2. If you've played in version A29 before and just updated to R30, then you need to configure your character origin. The character is already created and nothing should be lost (skills, tech, your base, etc).

Hello!
Please reach PingPerfect support immediately to let them know the server savegame was lost during the patch installation.

The server savegame is stored in this folder: <game server>/Data/Saves

If you have a backup you can restore the Data folder completely.
