Hello!

It's a modded server, right?
Please send the crash log and the new startup log (compressed) to support@atomictorch.com
In the case of the vanilla servers we never had a corrupted savegame and nobody reported about such an issue.

Regards!

Here's a screenshot of what my log files look like, they aren't labeled as to which one is the crash log, and which one is startup....

I see. I was assuming you have direct access to the logs folder containing all the server log files.
I need only the latest largest log file (supposedly the one that resulted in a crash) and a fresh log containing the startup errors.
As the files are large, it's best to upload them to a file sharing service (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc).

Ok im going to send you a fresh log file at 84.2 kb, and a log from when i first looked into the issue today, which is 32.8 mb.

Not sure what is going on, but now the server will only generate the one log file ( small one), i can't get it to generate the larger or multiple files anymore...

The savegame cannot be loaded due to the missing prototypes. I guess one of the server mods is missing. Just see the "Cannot find prototype(s)" error in the fresh log.

Does this mean that someone was attempting to run mods clientside, that are not present server side? I'm really confused here...

24.12.20 16:05:59.453 [IMP] Loading savegame from C:\Gameserver\varserver\702877\Data\Saves\Save0.save
24.12.20 16:05:59.536 [WRN] Cannot find prototype(s). Please provide a remapping scheme to be able to load this savegame.
Missing prototypes list:

it goes on to list almost every file from my Tech Expansion mod, i don't understand what is going on here....

Wow, i found out what is wrong. The mod file was deleted, WHILE the server was running. What in the world could have caused this>]?

No. Clients and client mods cannot cause any breaking effects on the server.

There were prototypes that were present on this server during the last savegame. They were included in the savegame type mapping file (type name -> number ID mapping). Now, these types are absent. Looking on the names of the missing types, it's obvious they were a part of some mod. Please ensure you're launching the server now with the same mods it was using before, otherwise, it will be unable to load the world savegame.

Perhaps it was a failure on the hosting side? We can only guess.

I don't want to speak ill of the service im using, but they have been less than reliable so far, when the bill is due next month i'll be looking for a better way to host this server with my modpack.  :(
