Item Notification Sound

Just play a sound when you get an item notification. I added a sound for gems and gold.

You can add more sounds here if you know how to zip the mpk file : \Content\Sounds\UI\Notifications\ProtoItem\[ProtoItemName].ogg

Or send me some cool sounds and I could rebuild it.

Small change to use the new ClientItemNotificationDisplayed event in NotificationSystem.
