Please open the lamp and switch it to "automatic" - then it will automatically turn on and off.
Also, just in case: what server are you playing on?

I know how it works. It's already set in "auto". Lamps are still lighting. I'm playing on EU1 server.

Hello!
Thanks for reporting! That's the same issue as with the solar generators. The game servers assumes it's always the night time on the server.
The patch is coming very soon.
