Is it possible to be a pirate? i know u start out at -500 but is it possible to be a pirate? or even the alien factions?

Help section / Paypal not accepting my payment for the game.

So, i tried to buy the game. It says that paypal declined my card. The error reads, "payment declied by the issuer".
I called my credit card company and they assured me that it was nothing wrong with the card and that maybe it was the other paypal account. Regardless, if i cant buy it now. I will on steam when it comes April 2
