Creating galaxy

Now I'm having another problem and this time it's when trying to make a new galaxy to play on since it won't go passed 0% no matter how whether the slider is all the way at one side or default in the middle. I don't remember any similar issue reported by players before.
Do you have any active mods? Perhaps one of them is affecting the world generation.

The logs folder location: Documents\AtomicTorchStudio\CryoFall\Logs
(please sort by date, we need only logs with the names containing "Server_")

I has a bunch of mods which is going to make figuring out which one is the culprit a pain. Guess I'll start at the one(s) that weren't updated lately.
