Though, there is so much that goes into releasing the game, sigh... lots of hard work.

No.  Until the game releases, no one can purchase it through Steam.  Until you give people who have already purchased Voide Expanse their Steam codes, they can't get the game on Steam.

In other words; Until the game is purchasable through Steam, or you have a code to link ownership of a copy to your account, Steam won't let you put up a review.

Until either of these things come to pass so that Steam acknowledges our accounts have the game, we cannot review it.

Actually there are a few of us with Steam keys, as we were testing the Steam version of the game.
But it seems that is irrelevant at the moment as Steam is saying:

You must wait until this product has been released before writing a review for it.

Sorry Lurler, but it seems we'll have to review it once you do your full release.
