This issue looks like this one (http://forums.atomictorch.com/index.php?topic=203.msg1177#msg1177). It happens because the antivirus software delete one of the extracted files during installation. To resolve this issue, you can:
1. add to ignore list "AtomicTorch GameLauncher" application.
2. or uninstall completely crappy antivirus (and get better one).

I have encountered this problem before so forgive my importunity, but PlayDan try the following:
add a launcher to exceptions in the antivirus and firewall, also check to run the launcher as administrator. If this does not help, then try to run the launcher when discharged antivirus and firewall.
p.s. If this does not help, then just download game zip and unpack it and play. Distribution of the game in the archive are below on the same page on the site where you downloaded the installation file launcher. :)
