That mods hasn't been updated, and isn't working in the current version.
This (and the impossibility to find information on the wiki) made me do it myself.

This is also a lot easier.. just changed some values.

I'll do some more testing, but I've been using this for days without noticing any slowing down or getting rubber banded.
I think this is because of the issue described in the comments.
Everything you're saying makes sense though.

Simple mod that shows only the part you can't walk through.
Might also highlight the part you can't shoot through if people desire so.
Rubber trees are shown as yellow dots.

Simple Infinite seeming Stamina mod.
Simply stops the stamina bar from draining to make you faster by placebo effect.
