I was trying to load my galaxy (named Halcyon  ). However, I was unable to do so. The message stated that I needed mod HBC 0.90 --where do I find this mod?

Does anyone know how to go about accomplishing this achievement? I'm not asking for a walkthrough or cheats, however, I am not sure where to even begin. Can it only be accomplished through the hacking the device quest?

Perhaps giving a function to the planets would make the game more interesting (similar to station quests). I understand this would be a large undertaking, but it certainly could improve the game experience. Or--perhaps giving a function to the suns in each system--being able to extract specific energy/resources/fuel from them with a special tool.
