problem solved i remove the netframe then install the one provice in ur game folder and thing work normal now

i tried to repair .net already it doesnt seem to fix i ll remove it then reinstall now and try again
i'm using .net 4.6.1 btw

Done hope u can fix it  i tried again this morning it seem i'm unable to make any save file event with save and quit

maybe the problem is about making the savefile becos the message is show up mostly after i get out of a space station or playing around 5 min (i change the option autosave after every 5 min ) and kick me back to main menu but there is no savefile has been write while ur game is about autosave so i think it should automatic create a savefile right after i start a new game right ?
i gonna upload the biggest client logfile around 800kb

well i dont know what should i upload ?
all the server log file is around under 10 kb
but the client log file is alot bigger around 100 - 800 kb should i upload them ?

Game version 1.6.5
game mode single player
the game keep show up the local server fatal error after 3 min starting single player game and kick me back to main menu with no save file this happen everytime i go in single play and the only option to play the is through multiplay with those public server with ping around 300 i didnt add any mod to the game yet
so in the end i cant play the game i just brought
