1) Yes. I check all doors.
2) No, I came out completely well fed and without negative effects (health was complete as well).
3) No, the buildings are intact. Just the loss of all things in the inventory. Exactly the same effect when you die in the open world. =)

Yesterday, I left the game inside a protected building. Today, when I entered - the game wrote that the character is dead and resurrected me without objects inside the building. How can understand the reason?
