Thank you for your reply. I'm not sure if you guys fixed it but if you did, one of the names is now Keken and the other is Kekens (I did not change it). So my wife and I were able to play. We love the game!

Also, if you guys didn't fix it (with the name changed and all) I logged in at the same time with both comps and I guess the name changed itself? idk

Anyway, before that though. I did delete the Cryofall folder on both PC's but it did not work. I was also logged in with different steam accounts.

I had the same issue, but my name is on both accounts. I deleted the cryofall folder but my name still appears on both accounts. Is there another fix for this? we have 2 different comps and steam accounts and 2 copies of the game. Also, I tried reinstalling both steam and cryofall, but that doesn't work. When I'm in a server and she tries to log in, it kicks me out and vice versa.

So I bought another copy of Cryofall for my wife, but for some reason it's getting this message on her computer:

"This Application requires one of the following version of the .NET Framework: .NETFramework,Version=v4.7.1
Do you want to install this .NET Framework version now?"

so I try to update to that version but then I get:

"Blocking Issues: The .NET Framework 4.7.1 in not supported on this operating system."

Help anyone?

I have windows 10, same as my computer. Both comps have version 4.0 (from what I saw in the registry).

The computer that it's having trouble on has:

Windows 10 64bit
GTX 570
16GB RAM
i7 4790k
250GB SSD (Samsung)
Z97-AR (ASUS) Mobo
