Servers / Server connection 2nd PC

Hello guys,
i have a problem with my Cryofall server. I created a server for my girlfriend and myself. When she is at my home, she cant connect to the server, it does appear in the list, but there are no server infos such as ping or smth. While she is at her home, she can connect to the server and play with me. Im using german Speedport Smart and the port thing is done.
I hope you can help me!
