Time Window (?) on my own Server...

Hello, mates,
I have opend my own Server, to Play with a friend. I played alone, to cheack out the game.
Over 24 hours, i came to Level 3 Technology. When I want to lern something there, this message comes:
"Available in 45 Hours"
And in the Right Corner:
"Not Available for 3 Days over the Server-Wipe."
I don't want to wait 45 Hours. (Technoligy 4 longer!)
The Server must also be online and it runs over my PC.

Can someone help me to take this "Timer?" off?

Hello,

you need to either configure your server to run as PvE or reset the time-gate restriction. Both settings are available in ServerRates.config.
To adjust the server rates, stop the server and edit the file <game server>/Data/ServerRates.config
Please read carefullyΓÇöall the rates are disabled and in order to apply them you need to remove the # char at the start of the line!
