How can I start my server with my own map created in the editor?

Hello!

You need to pack it into an MPK file (mod archive) and configure the ModsConfig.xml on the server.
For example, see this community-created map and its MPK file.
To pack the MPK file properly, please follow the community guide (scroll to section 10 "Prepare mod for distribution").

At least kill me, it does not come out to bind the map so that it works can be explained for dummies

Indeed, same as hosting the game server it's quite complicated and intended for experienced users. We're planning to make it easier with future updates, e.g. by introducing a new launch argument to provide the map file.
