Hm... I wonder what could that be? ;)



Initially I was hoping we could finish farming today, but it doesn't look like we will be able to, so I will post that next week in our blog. So for now here's a small pic of the gems that you can find in the game. And yes, they will be equally as rare as in reality. Forget other games where you can find gems like dirt everywhere. Here it will be an item of luxury that rarely anyone can afford! :)

PS - as always props to our artist for the amazing art :)

Can we display body parts too ? I have a nice and joyfull idea, "My Enemies Museum".
That's an... unexpected question :)
Well, we did plan for you to be able to put animal trophies in there (like wolf head and such) but certainly not body parts :)

This is not enough for a separate blogpost, but I wanted to still share it. So, here it is on the forums!

Basically what it is - is a display case. You can put any items inside to display them in your house. Or you can create a museum with paid admission with some rare stuff :)
Yes, paid admission will be possible with a special device like in subways where you have to pay to pass through.
But it's a bit early for that, of course. For now just what you see above :)

Well, to put it simply, we can change that stuff literally in seconds.
Here's what ai_enabled just did as an example:

As you can see it is much more compact. Something like this could be an option, for example.

So, no worries, we got it covered! We will do everything as best as we can and we will listen to all feedback from the players :)

The buildings remind me of VoidExpanse stations "style", and i like them.
You know... now that you mention it - it really does look similar :)
I guess that's inevitable considering that it's the same people making both games (us).

Well, it's not a bug, it's a feature! :)
Just imagine that they have some different gear that can be used to extract some different ore, or maybe they are just mining for rocks? :)

This happens when the destination points to a position inside some physical objects, meaning that the ship cannot technically go to that exact position. To address it just put the autopilot destination close to that position, but in a place there is no other object and it will work.

It wasn't clear and a quick test I did was inconclusive so I figured I'd just ask: Does the gentleman skill affect the job xp/gold (From the station commanders)
If I remember the name of the skill correctly you are talking about the skill that improves rewards for missions? If that's the case - yes, it should affect ALL types of missions, story mission as wells as repeatable quests.

Actually no, this is not entirely correct. The Pariahs' Bane Expansion was designed to be 100% compatible with multiplayer.

Unfortunately we didn't have enough time and opportunity to thoroughly test it to make sure everything in multiplayer works correctly, the same was as in singleplayer, but all quests and everything else was designed to work in multiplayer.

So, feel free to give it a try. But as ai_enabled said, the players will need to have the expansion in order to connect to that server.

Well, that's normal. If is that kind of game after all. While you can certainly play without combat to some degree, but ultimately this is a space combat game, so naturally combat is a major part of the game.
