Never really had a problem with the ship movement, but I think its because I got use to hitting the immediate stop button every time I got near to a jumpgate or space stations, it became almost automatic.
Maybe a future 'stabilizer' ship upgrade (or mod) might help get a bit more control over the bigger ships... but I just accepted it as being a side effect of driving the biggest ship in town. :)

At this moment I am playing a lot of SPAZ, Diablo3, Euro truck sim 2.
I also played Euro Truck Simulator 2 and really enjoyed it. I was so surprised I mean how much fun can lorry driving be but they nailed it.  I think I got up to a point after a couple of weeks were I had 10 drivers and 6 garages, and was super rich, then I lost the incentive to play after that.

Ive been gaming forever, I like a lot of different types of game my I have a soft spot for RPG's and Space games.
Recently I find myself alternating between these 4 indie games to get my fix

1) Rimworld
2) Pixel Pirates
3) Spacebase df-9
4) Prison Architech

But last night I downloaded StarSector in an attempt to fill the void (pardon the pun :)  ) until the next big VoidExpanse patch comes out.  It looks really good but I havent played it yet, cant wait to get home and try it out, its another top-down space shooter.

Sounds great Lurler, I for one believe in quality, not quantity.  Mines!! (http://atomictorch.com/Post/Id1059), very nice..new tactical options. Are these subject to friendly fire? If so, will neutrals takes offense to it..  ???

Now youve defintely got me looking even more forward to it :P

Ideas and suggestions / Some suggestions
May 12, 2014, 10:00:29 AM
Just a few suggestions ive been thinking of..
1.  Background radio chat would be good, like in spaz and the KSP mod, world feels more real with background chatter.
2.  Along with mining asteroids for ore, you could also have people scan planets for gases (once  they have bought an appropriate scanner) for missions to aid the cause.
3.  Debris collection missions for scrap metal, also to get rid of these things!
4.  Different Hanger images, I know theres some variation but its not much
5.  Passenger transport missions - higher reward for high profile transports
6.  Ability to recruit crew of differnt skills lvls to improve/automate certain ship features, eg Engineers give you faster energy regen, gunners improve fire rate & range/damage, etc,
7.  Have the 'kill 5 pirates' missions get improved by making them slightly harder every time but with more reward each time.

In the next update all these bugs, as I hope, will be fixed. Thanks for your feedback and patience!

Sounds good, any idea when the next update is out?

That sounds very good, would be nice not to have to manually locate the logs and upload them to you.
The only other suggestions I could make are:
1) Have it automatically capture screenshots (by detecting ctrl+prnt scrn key-presses in-game) and storing them in a screenshot folder.
2) Have a screenshot tab so you can view your in-game screen captures
3) Have a troubleshooting tab to help with common issues, like mulitplayer problems, etc. and to send a dxdiag dump from our pc's down to you by the click on a button.

That the kinda thing you after?
Also When is this coming out btw?

Hm... why? Now the interface always scales to the maximum size. I can't imagine anyone wanting to make it smaller... Can you elaborate on that suggestion?

For the hotkey selections 1,2, & 3 my 1360*768 screen, I cant see how many repair kits I have because the number is really tiny for example.  Also the fonts are really tiny in the bit were you select your load game on my screen, but this isnt as bad as the hoykey font.

There is actually a cancel button for all non story missions. Unless of course you loaded save from a previous version of the game when such option was not yet available.
This is definitely on the latest version, i just got it yesterday.  But I looked everywhere and I couldnt see a cancel button.  Even now, I have a different ore collection mission and I dont see the option to cancel it.

Thanks for your responses, I look forward to the next version. :)
